This electrically operated unit is primarily used by banks, pharmacies and petrol stations, who offer this service to save their customers a long walk or hunting for a parking place. It can equally be used as a sign-off counter at gatehouses and weighbridges. The counter is installed into external walls and partition walls. The payment carriage is open to the front and upwards for easy removal of money and documents. An intercom SITEC DELTA 2.0 is integrated into the unit to ensure good communication between inside and outside.
Safety
The P 7080 corresponds to the German Accident Prevention Regulations BGV C9 (UVV-Kassen). A design with bulletresistant surround for extra security is available upon request.
Operation
The P 7080 front-opening/drive-in counter is equipped with an electric drive, which makes it simple and comfortable to operate. The payment carriage is moved outwards and inwards by simply pressing the button. The drive switches off automatically in the end positions.
The unit is equipped as standard with a special safety switch which prevents objects getting jammed. In the event of a power cut, the P 7080 front-opening counter can continue to be operated manually using a lever.
Construction and execution
The front façade and integral front flap are made of stainless steel. The payment carriage is made of special plastic with a wear-resistant, black, textured finish. On the operator side, the unit has a wear-resistant, textured finish in RAL 7032, pebble grey. Other shades, and special front-facing dimensions, can be supplied for an extra charge.
The operator side of the unit is protected from draughts by a built-in plexiglass plate. A complete SITEC Delta 2.0 intercom is integrated into the front-opening counter, ready to plug in. A desktop main control (for inside) is supplied as standard. The central control should be located under the counter surface.
Installation
The unit should be pushed from outside into the prepared wall aperture. The customer should provide a strong support and the fixings. A 230 volt mains socket is required on the operator side to connect the integrated Delta 2.0 intercom. Care should be taken that the unit can easily be disassembled should repairs or maintenance be required at a later stage.
