Transfer Tray P7038
This device has been developed for use in high-security areas for flush installation in counters. It is used indoors at federal banks, embassies, correctional facilities, and the armed forces, especially when the transfer of larger items is required. The mounted steel rail allows for the connection of the glass above without slits or gaps.
Security
The P 7038 is available in protection class FB6-NS. We are happy to send you our test certificate for this. Of course, the device is also available with additional casing according to FB7*-NS.
Operation
Operation is manual. The tray locks into both end positions. Release occurs automatically when sliding the tray by pushing or pulling the lever. The openings created on either side are closed off by a counteracting cover plate to prevent accidental insertion of items into the housing.
Construction and Execution
Stable steel construction with durable, maintenance-free mechanics. The cover frame and movable cover plate are abrasion-resistant, black structured coated (RAL 9005, jet black).
Installation
The device is inserted from above or below into the prepared cutout and has a stable substructure, ensuring that the cover frame aligns flush with the counter. The surrounding gap must be appropriately sealed. The cover frame can also be milled into the counter top for flush-mounted installation. In any case, the device must be supported so that the weight does not rest on the cover frame. The possibility of later disassembly for maintenance or repair work must be guaranteed.
