Glazed counter
The glazed counter, consisting of three components, provides your staff with all-round security.
The bullet-resistant glazing serves as a reliable shield for your employees, especially in case of armed assaults. The integrated transfer tray makes the handover of documents or objects safe and easy, and thanks to our Delta 2.0 Intercom, contactless and secure communication between the employee and visitor areas is ensured.
Combining these three components allows you to offer your employees safe contact with visitors and makes their daily work easier.
Transfer Tray
You will find a secure and simple solution for handing over documents in our Transfer Trays.
The trays built into a counter have one or more payment carriages that can be mechanically moved back and forth between the staff and visitor sides.
The glazing mounted above the tray, either provided by the building or installed by SITEC for your safety, creates a separation between the secure and non-secure areas. This allows our Transfer Trays to provide friendly service and advice to visitors while simultaneously protecting employees during the handover of documents.
Front-opening counters
Our front-opening counters offer you another way to securely and contactlessly hand over documents or objects—even in protected outdoor areas.
Unlike transfer trays, these counters are not installed in a counter but built into a wall, so they are flush when closed. To pass documents and items, the employee moves the trolley manually or electrically at the push of a button towards the visitor’s side.
For contactless and secure communication, the front-opening counter can optionally be equipped with our Delta 2.0 Intercom. This allows for friendly and at the same time secure service and advice to visitors.
