Glazed Counters
The three-component glazed counter systems provide your employees with comprehensive all-round protection.
The bullet-resistant glazing acts as a reliable shield for your staff, especially in armed robbery situations. The integrated transfer tray makes it easy to safely hand over documents or items, while our Delta 2.0 intercom system ensures contactless and secure communication between staff and visitor areas.

Transfer Trays
You will find a safe and simple solution for handing over documents in our transfer trays.
The trays, which are integrated into a counter constructed on site, have one or more cash trays that can be mechanically slid back and forth between the staff and visitor sides.
The glazing installed above the tray – either provided on site or fitted by SITEC for your security – creates a separation between the secure and non-secure areas. This way, our transfer trays enable friendly service and advice for visitors while simultaneously protecting staff during the handover of documents.

Front-Opening Counters
Our front-opening counters offer you another way to hand over documents or even items securely and contactlessly, even in protected outdoor areas.
Unlike transfer trays, these are not recessed into a counter but are instead installed into a wall, where they are flush when closed. To pass documents or items, the staff member pushes the tray manually or electrically at the press of a button to the visitor’s side.
For contactless and secure communication, the front-opening counter can optionally be equipped with our Delta 2.0 intercom system. This allows for friendly yet safe customer service and advice for visitors.
