Safety
The P9045 complies with the accident prevention regulations of the industrial accident insurance associations BGV C9 (UVV funds). The revolving doors of the P9045 are manufactured according to the classification FB 4-NS or FB 6-NS.
Operation
Pressing the respective button on the employee side releases the corresponding door for opening, which is indicated on the control panel by the button lighting up. The doors are electronically locked against each other, meaning only one door can be opened at a time. However, with a key switch, the operator can open both doors to facilitate the passage of long objects.
Construction and Execution
The frame and doors of the container lock P9045 are made of sturdy steel sheet in RAL 9005, jet black, with a textured finish, and the tunnel of the lock is made of stainless steel V2a. The doors can be fitted with cladding panels on-site, allowing the lock to be discreetly integrated into the counter design. As standard, the P9045 is protected inside on the sides and at the doors with deflector strips made of stainless steel to guard against damage from transport trolleys. The stops of the two doors are executed alternately, meaning DIN-left on the employee side and DIN-right on the customer side (a change of door stops is possible, please specify when ordering).
Installation
The container lock P9045 is delivered completely pre-assembled. When installing, the outer door should first be removed with the frame so that the device can be slid from the inside to the outside into the finished wall opening. Care should be taken with the cable routing before the outer door with the frame is reattached. The control panel with integrated control is supplied separately and must be installed in close proximity to the container lock to allow simultaneous pressing of the buttons and opening of the inner door. A 230 Volt / 50 Hz socket is required to connect the lock.
