Front-Opening Counter P7091
with Delta 2.0 Intercom System

This electrically operated device has been specially designed for petrol stations, but can also be used as a vehicle counter at banks, pharmacies, and weighing stations. The design of the front-opening counter allows for installation beneath the inner worktop. The transport cart moves out from underneath the tabletop towards the cashier side, and no operating opening from above is required – thus, this space remains free for operating devices, keyboards, cash registers, etc. Larger items such as petrol/ oil canisters can also be passed through the transport cart.

Safety

The front-opening counter P7091 complies with the accident prevention regulations of the administrative professional associations BGV C9 (UVV cash registers). The front-opening counter is equipped with a special safety circuit. If the cash tray runs into an obstacle or the customer places their hand between the tray and cover flap while moving in, the device immediately switches to reverse to prevent injuries.

Operation

The device is operated electrically. On the inside, to the right of the inner flap, is the keyboard for operating the switch. After switching on, the tray can be moved towards the inside or outside by pressing a button. When the system is switched off, the tray automatically returns to its resting position – the inner and outer flaps are locked.

Manual emergency operation

The vehicle switch can be operated manually in the event of a power failure or malfunction.

Construction and Design

Stable steel construction with durable structural coating. The cash tray and all parts visible from the cashier side are finished in RAL 9005, jet black. The front panel is made of brushed stainless steel as standard. The base of the cart has a ribbed rubber mat.

Intercom System

A complete, ready-to-plug-in Delta 2.0 intercom system is integrated into the front-opening counter. A main station (inside) is supplied as a countertop device as standard.

Installation

The device is pushed from the outside into the prepared wall opening and is screwed in from the inside under the tabletop. A stable support must be provided by the building. A 230-volt mains socket is required in the immediate vicinity of the device for connecting the switch and the Delta 2.0 intercom system. The possibility of later disassembly for maintenance or repair work must be ensured.
