The security counter P3400 from SITEC GmbH is an advanced security system that offers the highest protection for people and assets. This innovative system combines personal customer contact with top-notch security standards.
An invisibly integrated protective element, optionally made of B6-NS PC or a sturdy steel panel according to FB4, can be activated by various triggers such as push buttons or foot switches. In split seconds, the protective element elevates, providing optimal protection for cashiers.
Safety Concept for the Security Counter P3400
The security counter P3400 from SITEC GmbH is integrated into a customer counter on-site and meets the highest safety standards according to DGUV Regulation 115-004.
- Installation Requirements: The worktop must extend at least 500 mm into both the customer and cashier areas to prevent interference in the travel area of the protective element.
- Safety Mechanisms: The force is limited to 150 N in the last 100 mm of the travel area to avoid serious injuries.
- Protective Element Function: In the open state of the counter, the flap of the protective element forms a flat surface with the counter/worktop. Upon activation and raising of the protective element, the flap also moves up and is flexible to minimize the risk of injury.
