Lifting and Sliding Window AV 115
The lifting and sliding window AV 115 is a robust, electrically operated, vertically sliding window, ideal for wide openings. It can be installed both indoors and outdoors and features an aluminum frame, optionally with insulated glazing or up to 20 mm thick safety glass. With two or more movable sections, the opening is maximized. The window is satin anodized as standard with D4-12 insulated glazing. The frame can be powder-coated or clad in stainless steel upon request. A fall prevention system and automatic locking provide the highest level of safety. The model is also available with manual operation.

The lifting and sliding window AV 115 is available in various designs. It allows the movable sliding glass to slide behind the fixed fixed glass, offering flexible operation. The shown views are designed from the perspective of your customers.

Technical Details
Dimensions
Height and width according to customer requirements. Max. / Min. size (W x H) depends on the specification (2 panes or 3 panes), the glass weight, and the ratio between width and height. Available models for smaller sizes are AV70 and AV90.
Profile Thickness
Thickness of the frame:
– 115 mm with one sliding section
– 145 mm with two sliding sections
– 175 mm with three sliding sections.

Profile Dimensions
Height of upper profile: 80 mm. Height of lower profile: only for manually operated windows, 80 mm (see locking below).
Side Posts
The width of the side posts is 80 mm.
Glazing
As standard, we offer 4-12-4 (D4-12) insulated glazing. Other glass types up to a thickness of 20 mm are optionally available, e.g., 14 mm thick impact-resistant laminated glass of class P6B.
Surface
As standard, we offer satin anodized aluminum. Other optionally available surface coatings are powder coatings in various RAL colors.

Construction
Motor, gearbox, and automatic locking are integrated into the frame.
Locking
Mechanical locking that automatically locks the window in the closed position. Options: interval locking from 50 mm opening width, button lock.
Power Supply
230V AC power supply, optionally available with “Uninterruptible Power Supply” (UPS).
Control
S3 control system with hold-to-run buttons, soft start/stop, adjustable speed, optional pressure buttons, optional alarm closure, etc., and various control switches.
CE Marking
In accordance with Machinery and EMC directives.
Construction Drawings
Depending on the variant, the closing window (X = sliding glass) can be pushed behind the fixed window (O = fixed glass). The views shown are from the customer’s perspective.
