Technical details
1. Protection mechanism
A two-row steel belt surrounds the ATM and reinforces the area around the vault. Additionally, high-strength safety belts stretch over the machine and connect it to the steel construction.
2. Explosion protection
Thanks to special polyester bands, damage in explosive attacks is significantly reduced.
3. Theft protection through optional base plate
A steel plate with chemical anchoring and reinforced steel mesh secures the ATM to the ground and prevents it from being pulled out by burglars.
4. Certified security
GAA Protect has been tested according to the standard UNI EN 1143-1 and withstands the following attacks:
- Gaseous explosive
- Solid explosive (Penthrite)
- Tension test against anchoring
Expansion options
For even more safety, GAA Protect can be supplemented with a ground anchoring that is fixed with special resins and secured with steel reinforcements. This additional solution significantly increases the resistance against the violent removal of the ATM.
