On 23 September 2023, we took part in the 14th KRONACH TRAINING FAIR at the Kronach school centre. At the fair, pupils had the opportunity to find out about various training opportunities in the region.

SITEC GmbH offered visitors an insight into the commercial and technical apprenticeships of industrial clerk, construction mechanic, industrial mechanic, and electronics technician for industrial engineering. Our three apprentices demonstrated, using two models — a personnel lock and a locker system — how they apply their theoretical and practical knowledge from their training. Visitors could try for themselves how, for example, an electrical plug connection is properly clamped or how personal checks at a turnstile installation, such as a personnel lock, work.

Our stand at the fair attracted many visitors and aroused the interest of young people. The District Administrator of our Kronach district, Klaus Löffler, as well as Kronach’s Mayor, Angela Hofmann, also visited the stand and had the functions of the models explained to them by the apprentices. They praised SITEC’s commitment to training young skilled workers in the region.
