Secure personal contact in asylum centers and anchor centers
Asylum and anchor centers pose special requirements for access security and communication processes. Front-opening counters, security glazed counters, and transfer trays enable a protected and controlled interaction between staff and visitors – efficient and safe.
Our front-opening counters are specifically designed for installation in building exterior walls and provide a protected transfer option. Combined with bullet-resistant and impact-resistant security glazed counters as well as ergonomic pass-throughs and transfer trays, these systems ensure a controlled exchange of documents and materials.

Glazed Counters
Our glazed counters provide protection for your staff during the exchange of documents and items.
These complete systems consist of three different components. Firstly, the bullet-resistant glazing, which provides a safe barrier between the secure and unsecured areas. Secondly, the mechanically operable transfer tray. With this, documents or items can be slid back and forth between the staff and visitor sides. The integrated intercom system Delta 2.0 ensures contactless and disturbance-free communication between the two areas.
By combining these three components, you can offer your employees a protected workspace.

Transfer Trays
If you prefer to install something simpler but still don’t want to compromise on safety, then our transfer trays are just right for you. These are integrated into an existing counter.
The trays have one or more sliding carts that can be mechanically moved between the staff and visitor sides. This allows your employees to safely hand over documents and items.
We can supply our transfer trays to the highest security classes concerning bullet resistance, and you can also find fire-retardant versions in our product range. Feel free to consult us.

Front-opening Counters
Our front-opening counters also provide you with the opportunity to securely hand over documents or larger items even in the protected outdoor area.
Unlike the transfer trays, the front-opening counters are not integrated into a counter but are built directly into a wall, flush with it when closed.
Optionally, our front-opening counters can also be equipped with our intercom system Delta 2.0, allowing customer-facing components to be directly integrated into the counter’s interface. This enables secure communication between the secure and unsecured areas.
