Lifting and Sliding Window AV 90
The lifting and sliding window AV 90 is a versatile and robust solution for wide openings. This vertically sliding window is electrically operated and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With a 90 mm thick aluminium frame, it ensures high stability and can be optionally fitted with double glazing or up to 20 mm thick safety glass. Thanks to its flexible design, the AV 90 model is available with two, three, or more movable sections to optimally increase the free opening.
In the standard version, the electrically operated sliding window offers a satin anodised surface and a 4-12-4 (D4-12) insulated glazing, ideal for optimal thermal insulation. The frame can be customised with powder coating, special anodisations, or stainless steel cladding. For maximum security, the AV 90 is equipped with an automatic locking mechanism in the closed position. The control is conveniently done via a control switch with Hold-to-Run buttons.
Various Variants
The lifting and sliding window AV 90 is available in various variants to meet individual requirements. Depending on the design, the sliding glass can be pushed behind the fixed window (fixed glass), creating a large opening area. This flexible window solution is ideally suited for security-sensitive areas such as pharmacies, reception areas, and police stations, while also offering advantages in residential and commercial spaces.

Dimensions
According to customer specifications. Max. / Min. size (W x H) depends on the specification (2 panes or 3 panes), glass weight, and the ratio between width and height. The available model for smaller sizes is AV 70, for larger sizes AV 115.
Profile Thickness
90 mm with one sliding profile and 120 mm with two sliding profiles. Please contact our sales team for more than two sliding profiles.

Side Post
The width of the side posts is 60 mm.
Glazing
We standardly offer 4-12-4 (D4-12) insulating glazing. Other glasses up to a thickness of 20 mm are optionally available, e.g., 14 mm thick impact-resistant laminated glass of class P6B.
Surface
We standardly offer satin anodised aluminium. Other optionally available surface finishes include powder coating in various RAL colours.

Construction
Motor, gear, and automatic locking mechanism are integrated into the frame.
Locking
Mechanical locking that automatically locks the window in the closed position. Options: intermittent locking from 50 mm opening width, button lock.
Power Supply
230V AC power supply, optionally available with “Uninterruptible Power Supply” (UPS).
Control
S3 control system with Hold-to-Run buttons, soft start/stop, adjustable speed, optional push buttons, optional alarm closure, etc., and various control switches.
CE Marking
In accordance with the Machinery and EMC directives.
Construction Drawings
Depending on the variant, the window to be closed (X = sliding glass) can be pushed behind the fixed window (O = fixed glass). The views shown are from the customer’s perspective.
