Material and Container Lock P9020
This lock was developed for the passage of cash and transport trolleys. It can be integrated into a counter element or a wall opening. The lock is equipped with electric sliding doors on both sides – especially in small spaces, pushing the transport trolleys is much easier.
The doors can only be opened alternately. They are secured against each other with concealed feedback and magnetic contacts and bolt locks, ensuring that the circuit cannot be manipulated.
Operation
The operation is carried out via a control panel with a status display on the cash register side. By pressing the corresponding function buttons, the process runs automatically.
Example: The customer-side door is open – press the ‘Open Inside’ button. Customer side closes, cash register side opens.
The doors are secured with switch contacts – injuries or damage when closing the doors are excluded.
Design
The lock is a steel construction and is finished in the colours of our colour chart with structure coating. Other colours available at an extra charge.
The doors can also be reinforced with decorative panels at an extra charge – this allows the lock to be seamlessly integrated into the counter design.
Ballistic Rating
The system complies with the regulations of the administrative professional association (UVV cash registers). It is available in ballistic classes FB3 and FB4.
Installation
The lock is delivered in two halves. After screwing and aligning, the device is anchored in the floor. After the cabling (everything is plug-and-play ready for connection), the interior cladding is installed. The control and operating panel are delivered separately and should be mounted in the immediate vicinity of the lock. A 220-volt socket is required for connection. Naturally, the installation can also be carried out by us.
Emergency Operation
In the event of a power failure, the lock can be operated manually. Mutual locking remains guaranteed.
