Our Container Lock P9050 has been certified according to DIN EN 1522 / 1523, protection class FB6-NS!

In June 2025, our Container Lock P9050 successfully passed the ballistic test according to DIN EN 1522 / 1523, protection class FB6-NS. The test was carried out by the accredited testing institute IABG in Lichtenau – under realistic conditions and with precise documentation of each shot.

Proof of highest resistance

Our certified version P9050 FB6-NS RC3 withstood gunfire from two of the most common and powerful types of ammunition used in high-security environments:

7.62 x 51 mm DM111 at a velocity of 830 m/s ± 10 m/s
5.56 x 45 mm SS109 at a velocity of 950 m/s ± 10 m/s

A total of 39 shots were fired from various angles of incidence. Result: No penetration, no splintering. This confirms that the P9050 meets the required protection standard even under extreme conditions.

Tested with two NATO standard calibers

As part of the FB6-NS test, our Container Lock P9050 was subjected to fire with two particularly powerful NATO standard calibers. The first test series was conducted using 7.62 x 51 mm DM111 ammunition – a full metal jacket round primarily used in precision and sniper rifles, renowned for its high penetration power. In the second test series, 5.56 x 45 mm SS109 ammunition was used, which is common in many assault rifles such as the G36 or the M16. Both calibers represent typical threat scenarios for high-security areas and place the highest demands on the resilience of a protective construction. Our P9050 withstood all impacts – without penetration or splintering.

Developed for critical security areas

The P9050 is designed for installation in counters or wall openings in indoor areas and is used wherever the protection of people and assets is of utmost priority – for example: – in branch and central banks – at cash-in-transit companies – in judicial and security authorities – in computing and data centers Our design, featuring two electronically locked security doors that open alternately, ensures that both doors are never open at the same time. This keeps the transfer process tamper-proof – whether for cash cases, confidential documents, or sensitive technical components.

Robust construction – flexibly expandable

The tested version is based on our proven sheet steel construction with a textured paint finish in RAL 9005 (jet black) and stainless steel interior fittings. Thanks to its modular design, the P9050 can be adapted to individual requirements, for example with additional cladding panels or the optional QR code access function for 24/7 operation.
