Machinery extended by a new press brake

Since ever, the target of the SITEC managing group has been to keep the machinery at 'the state of the art'. Following a new press brake (LVD Easy-Form 220/40 Plus) had been put into operation in the SITEC works in Hummendorf in January 2011. With this new machine, SITEC can react even more flexible to customer wishes in the contract manufacturing sector: Now metall parts up to four meters length and 10 millimeters thikness can be produced.

Furthermore, the hydraulic press brake stands out due to following features:

• 3 D- Chamfering simulation for optimised workpiece production
• Laser-monitored square measurement system which measures the angle in real time
• Laser securing of the curve
• Network connection
